The App uses artificial intelligence (Claude AI via OpenRouter) to analyze your input and generate repair suggestions. All content is generated automatically by AI systems.

Subscription & Payments

- Any damage to property, injury to yourself or others, or any other consequences

- Ensuring you have proper authorization to perform repairs on the item
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
- The service provider is NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- The service provider is NOT responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss

- Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Levin Fritz from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

- Any content you submit to the App
Professional Work Exclusions
Fixable is NOT intended for and should NOT be used for:
- Electrical work (wiring, circuit breakers, outlets)
- Gas systems (appliances, pipes, connections)
- Main plumbing (water mains, sewer lines)
- Structural repairs (load-bearing walls, foundations)
- HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioning)
- Any work requiring permits or licenses
- Medical devices or life-safety equipment
These repairs require licensed professionals. Attempting them without proper qualifications may be illegal and dangerous.
Account & Termination
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- The service provider may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- You can delete your account at any time through Settings
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Levin Fritz and are protected by Swiss and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Changes to Terms
The service provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
