Delete Your Account

For Fixable: Appliance Assistant on Google Play, Fixable on the App Store, and the web app at fixable-app.com/app. One account works in all three, so deleting it once deletes it everywhere.

You can delete your account yourself, right now, in under a minute. It is permanent: nothing can be brought back afterwards.

In the app, on iPhone or Android

  1. Open Fixable and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Privacy & Security and tap Delete Account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and its data are deleted at once.

  1. Sign in at fixable-app.com/app.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Can't sign in any more? Ask us

Write to support@fixable-app.com from the email address you signed up with, subject "Delete my Fixable account". If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us which one.

We delete the account and confirm it by email, at the latest within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Permanently, the moment you confirm:

  • your account, your login and your profile
  • every repair guide you made, with its steps, tools and parts
  • your conversations with the repair coach and with your appliances
  • your appliances, their warranty dates and the manuals you added
  • every photo you uploaded, including type plate photos
  • your maintenance plan, your progress and your survey answers

Backup copies are deleted within 30 days.

What is kept, and why

  • Your subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it first, where you bought it: in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or for a purchase on this website under Manage subscription in the web app's Settings or through the link in your payment email. Otherwise you keep being charged.
  • Purchase records stay with Apple, Google or Stripe, which have to keep them under their own legal rules.
  • Anonymized usage statistics may be kept for analytics.
